Common requests
- Export my data. Open the app → Settings → Export. You'll get a JSON file of every shot stored under your account.
- Delete my account. Open the app → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated shots. If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account.
- Sign-in trouble. Try the "Send magic link" option on the sign-in screen. If that doesn't arrive, check spam, then email us.
- A diagnosis seems wrong. Diagnoses are starting points, not guarantees — see the Terms. If you consistently see broken output, please send the shot details and we'll investigate.
